Andrea Perez
"My passion for fitness grew during college
where I studied Exercise Science at Gonzaga University.
The knowledge and understanding of fitness I acquired
there led me to the best job in the world- Personal
Training. I have worked in the industry for nine
years where I have 'xplored' all aspects of service
offered in fitness clubs from the front desk to
operations and personal training. I have had the
pleasure of working at the downtown Seattle club
for two years as a personal trainer and Fitness
Director.
I take pride in leading what I consider to be
the best fitness team in the Northwest. We strive
to create innovative and efficient workout programs,
personally customized to the unique needs of each
member. My mission as Fitness Director is to instill
knowledge and confidence in everyone affiliated
with Xplore Fitness-my team and our members-as
we all move closer toward our goal of feeling
better about ourselves inside and out. I'd love

Perfect practice makes perfect. My goal is to
teach you how to work out the way that is right
for you. I strive to develop the comfort level,
intensity level and motivation level within the
gym for my clients' ultimate goals to be exceeded.
Taylor Jackson
Being physically healthy is a key element in a
happy, successful life. Whether your goal is passing
an exam or winning an athletic event, a balanced
lifestyle will help you achieve what you want.
I have been a multi-sport athlete since the age
of five and have been involved in resistance training
since seventh grade. Being in peak physical condition
was an integral part of leading my Wheaton College
lacrosse team to it's best run in a decade my
junior, and senior seasons when I was a captain.
The bottom line is that I love to work hard and
motivate to see results for myself and my clients.
Madison James
Madisons approach to fitness is holistic,
in support of cultivating the body, mind, and
spirit. Madison trains functional movements to
both the novice and goal driven client, pursuing
health, wellness, elite athleticism, or a smaller
dress/pants size. Certified NASM Personal Trainer,
Madison continuously strives for excellence, whether
that be through marathoning, devouring books on
nutrition, rigorously practicing Bikram yoga,
or helping to motivate and inspire others to reach
their personal best.
Ross Haverlah
Whether you're striving to be the fittest person
you can be, or simply using exercise as a tool
to increase your quality of life, I want to help.
After competing at the collegiate level in swimming,
I became a personal trainer, and set out to push
others to reach their own goals. I've had great
success in training people like athletes, or conditioning
people to be able to train like athletes. Variety
and challenges keep me here at Xplore Fitness.
I love training individuals and groups (both large
and small), and really get excited when the training
is at a high intensity. In a workout with me,
you can expect emphasis on core training, sweat,
and hard work, all in fun, dynamic, and creative
workout.
