Located in downtown Seattle, on the corner of 2nd and Columbia, Xplore Fitness is a perfect resource for any urbanite looking to get a quality workout before and after work or over lunch. But it does rain a lot in the Puget Sound so when you can’t be outside playing hard then come inside to prepare for your next big adventure!

Impact Dance~
This is a high energy aerobic workout with focus
on style and intensity. This class uses various
styles of dance (such as Hip-Hop) to achieve a
well-rounded and exciting workout. You do not
need to be a dancer to take this class, but you
need to bring energy and a sense of humor.
NRG Bar~ A fundamental full-body
strength conditiong using variable hand weights,
barbells, resistance bands, and platforms. This
class will improve your muscular contour, coordination,
active and elite performance. Prior conditioning
recommended for those with no exercise history.
Pilates Mat~ A whole-body conditioning
regimen designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance
the body. Occasional use of thera bands, weights,
and balls are used to both assist and challenge
participants. All Levels are welcomed!
Yoga Level 1-2~ A mix of Hatha
& Vinyasa. Warm up with sun salutations, warriors
and various poses. Move onto balance postures,
sometimes inversions, and end by slowing things
down. For intermediate to advanced students.
Boxing~ A great mixture of cardiovascular
and strength training; designed to burn excess
calories and release physical stress. The class
covers the basics of boxing including punches,
combinations, and footwork. No previous boxing
experiance needed; be sure to bring gloves, energy
and water!
Cycling ~ This is an intense
cardio workout that uses different drills for
endurance, strength, and speed. This moderate
to high intensity endurance ride will help to
create muscle tone & strength in your legs.
A great way to burn off those unwanted calories!
Step & Sculpt~ 45 minutes
of intense intermediate to advanced choreographed
step followed by 15 minutes of resistance and
core training. Step experience recommended.
Cycling~ This is an intense cardio
workout that uses different drills for endurance,
strength, and speed. This moderate to high intensity
endurance ride will help to create muscle tone
& strength in your legs. A great way to burn
off those unwanted calories!
Turbo Kickboxing~ A Fast paced,
fun, high energy workout. Challenge the body by
bringing the heart rate up and improve coordination
while working with the core muscles and toning
the body as a whole.
Power Hour~ An intense workout
that combines plymoetrics, weight training, sports
drills, and calisthenics all in one hour. Certified
personal trainer Ross will lead you through this
killer workout. You are sure to see results from
this fast-paced class. Spaces are limited so please

H2O Explode~ A class designed
around the H2O rowers in the tunnel neer the front
treadmills. This classwill incorporate circuit
training, Bosu balls, resistance bands, calisthenics,
and of course different styles of rowing that
will focus on heart rate, streangth, power, endurance,
and core. *Sign-up required at front desk*
Cardio Sculpt ~ A high
energy cardio and mixed strength workout that
emphasizes speed, endurance & coordination
for participants of all levels. The workout will
focus on muscular strength through low impact
movement into cardio peaks of safe hi impact movement
while blasting away calories and fat! It will
rev up your metabolism!
Plyometrics~ This class includes
drills designed to use the fast twitch muscles.
It will help you to develop higher stamina, agility,
mobility, and more explosive athletic movements!
Cardio Blast ~ A high
energy cardio and mixed strength workout that
emphasizes speed, endurance & coordination
for participants of all levels. The workout will
focus on muscular strength through low impact
movement into cardio peaks of safe hi impact movement
while blasting away calories and fat! It will
rev up your metabolism!
